After defeating an another foe (and what was actually a mine site for Beats) CommanderVideo travels to a city, The cutscene starts with a brief showcase of the city, it is full of graffiti, construction, and trash, as he is running, he waits for a stoplight, (as he waits stage 2 of TRANSITION plays), once the light goes green, he quicky continues his run.

The cutscene starts as CommanderVideo running in the streets after defeating Timbletot the second time (with the help of his friends), CommanderVideo than stops as he sees another Commander (the one who helped him on the last trampoline) this time a female, a heart shows up on screen to represent friendship.

With his new friends CommanderVideo encounters Timbletot again, timbletot talks about causing harm (represent with a skull), CommanderVideo tries talking it out with love, Timbletot responds with a No (Represent with a No symbol on top CommanderVideo), then Timbletot shouts "YOU. ARE. NOT. A. MAN", as he leaves.
